Lansallos is a village in the civil parish of Polperro in south Cornwall. It is situated between Polruan and Polperro, about five miles east of Fowey in Liskeard Registration District. Travelling north from Lansallos Churchtown and staying on the road past the campsite, the old chapel is on the left. It had its own burial ground and slightly to the north of it is Mabel Barrow, hence it was also known as Mableborough or Mable Barrow Chapel.

Minutes and accountsdate from 1854 to 1969 and it is shown on 1888 maps.

There is in archives a leaflet to advertise a bazaar (1873) to pay off the debts for the burial ground.

The burial ground contains a Grade 2 memorial (1870) in memory of Jonathan Couch and his Jane Quiller who died in 1857. Jonathan Couch (1789-1870) was a celebrated Cornish naturalist, doctor, apothecary, classical scholar, zoologist, botanist, ichthyologist and archaeologist.

1907: The Methodist New Connexion, Bible Christians and United Methodist Free Churches amalgamated to become the United Methodist Church.
