Mapping Methodism – Calenick Primitive Methodist Chapel

Categories Mapping Methodism0 Comments

Calenick is a hamlet in the civil parish of Kea, about a mile south of Truro and at the head of Calenick Creek, which opens into the River Truro near Sunny Corner. This profile has been compiled by Jo Lewis and Tony Mansell.

The only reference to a chapel in Calenick is on Genuki and there it is described as Primitive Methodist. https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/CON/Kea

None of our usual research documents, nor any maps, confirm its presence and we are inclined to think it did not exist.
