Heritage Gateway: United Free Methodist chapel (built to replace original Wesleyan chapel nearby, later becoming the Sunday school) now converted to house but retaining original external appearance. Local stone with granite dressings including plinth coping; rag slate roof with crested clay ridge tiles. Simple Gothic style features including pointed-arched windows, most with margin-pane glazing plus stepped lancets above segmental-arched doorway at entrance end. Good example of domestic conversion.
