This profile of Truro Wesleyan Association, such as it is, has been compiled by Tony Mansell.

 

1836: Founded nationally when split from the Wesleyans when Robert Eckett (1797–1862) was expelled from the Wesleyan Methodist Church.

1836 to 1847: Possibly met in a building somewhere in Castle Street, Truro.

Absorbed the Protestant Methodists a small earlier secession of 1827.

1847 to 1857: Met in Chapel Yard, Pydar Street.

1857: The Wesleyan Methodist Association and the Wesleyan Reform Church amalgamated to become the United Methodist Free Churches.

Their history continues under Truro United Methodist Free Churches.
